This is Potato. She is a very underweight cat who my family and I have seen wandering around our street. On New Year's Day, my dad had come home from doing the weekly shopping, and opened the door before going to bring in the shopping.

The moment he came inside with the first bag, Potato was sat in our hallway, obviously hoping for food. Yesterday, we had a vet appointment and found out that Potato was a ten or eleven year old cat who wasn't microchipped, and given her condition, she was very much a stray.

When we brought her inside, we found out that she was skin and bones, so a vet appointment was made there and then, but given the time of year, we would have to wait a few days. In that time,

nuttyrussian Thanks for taking her in, she deserves the good life inside. Imagine how good she's going to look when she starts putting on weight! I adopted a long-haired cat several years ago and when she stopped being stressed all the time and with better food she turned into a super fluff.
